Privacy policy
This policy explains which data Guaiaca processes, why, for how long, and the rights you have over it.

2. Data we process
Account data from your Microsoft Entra ID sign-in: name, e-mail address and the identifiers of your user and organization.
Billing data of the Confluent Cloud organizations you connect: daily cost lines, resource names and identifiers, and the identifier of the API key you provide. The API secret is stored encrypted and is never shown back.
Technical data needed to run the service: access logs, request identifiers and error reports.
3. Why we process it
To provide the service you subscribed to: authenticate users, ingest and present cost data, bill through the Azure Marketplace.
To keep the service secure and available, and to support you when you ask.
4. Where the data is stored and who can see it
Data is stored on Microsoft Azure, isolated per customer. Datatchê staff has no access to your data unless you enable the optional assisted-support add-on, and then only in read-only mode.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service.
5. How long we keep it
Cost data is kept while the organization stays connected. When you disconnect an organization its data is hidden immediately and deleted after 90 days. When you cancel the subscription, your tenant and its data are deleted according to the same schedule.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, under the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR. Requests are answered through the contact below.
7. Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies. It stores only your theme and language preferences in your browser. The application keeps your sign-in session the way Microsoft Entra ID requires.
